This is what a successful karaoke bar is. This is a safe space for LGBT and you can feel the love. Tons of fun, great drinks, excellent staff, and of course a fantastic DJ. I'm so grateful we found this place and look forward to returning.
Went on a Friday night, it was busy but not crowded, waitress was very kind and came to get us drinks/food pretty quickly. Drinks and food (salad & chicken bacon wrap) were delicious. Absolutely plan on going back.
The food is too notch and if you like wings, this is a place to stop at. 2 lagers, a lb of boneless chicken bites and blue cheese and celery all for around 20 bucks is a deal. The amount of wing flavors is awesome too. Can't recommend enough!
Had pizza & wings with California golden BBQ sauce. Both were amazing. Would recommend this place to anyone. The bartender was awesome !!!
I absolutely love Ole Tyme Charley's Restaurant & Pub in Plains. They’re Chicken Fajita Quesadillas are my favorite! Grilled tortilla stuffed with diced grilled chicken, cheese, sauteed onions, sweet peppers and diced jalapenos, served with salsa and sour cream. The Smoked Wings are also amazing. I’m usually a wing bite type of gal but I tried these and Holy Schnikes!!!! Just eating them plain without any sauce was like heaven in my mouth! Add a side of spinach ranch to dip them in, and you’re golden! Yum . The Spicy Ranch Boneless Bites are another favorite of mine. On Wednesday’s I typically order a half pound-pound and I’m always satisfied. I enjoy going out on Wednesday nights for karaoke, the bartenders are awesome, they bust their butts on a busy night and I’ve always had great service even when it’s shoulder to shoulder on the weekend. I started coming here about 7 months ago and instantly felt like I fit in. OTC has a diverse crowd and even when you go alone there’s always someone who will greet you and strike up a conversation with you. OTC is one of my favorite places to go to in NEPA and I’ve made a few new friends while going. Brian, Nanette, Alan, Kal, Martha, and Phyllis always make me feel so welcomed and I never feel like an outsider. The food was great! I highly recommend the salt and vinegar fries, salt and vinegar boneless bites, and the cheesesteak mac n cheese!
We went there for the 2nd time for karaoke . It's a really good time. The DJs and staff are super nice and friendly. The kitchen has a full menu. Weekend karaoke is very full and loud but Thursday was more my speed with a smaller crowd. There is more than enough time to get in a couple of songs yourself. There are 2 pool tables (1/game) and it's much quieter in the back rooms. This place has plenty of room and table service also.
This is the first time I've been to this bar. I was totally surprised, it's a great local spot for drinks and really reasonably priced bar food. It's really loud, there's karaoke, line dancing; a little bit of everything. Definitely want to come back.
